From the moment I made the booking, we felt welcome. Tais sent a very nice welcoming message, and the warm welcome did not stop there. Very friendly staff, a fantastic breakfast with all you can possibly wish for (fresh fruits, juices, yogurts, pão de queijo, all types of breads, eggs in any style you like etc etc), a heated pool (very nice during the beautiful sunny days in winter), good options of wines and drinks, and a fantastic room (we stayed in the master-suite; spacious, fantastic beds, spacious bathroom, balcony). On top of that, very nice and interesting conversations with the family of the residence. In short: A great place to relax and chill for a couple of days.

Our stay at the hotel was the most horrible stay in any hotel I have ever experienced. There was no similarity between the pictures uploaded and shared on the website and the reality. I have booked 1x suite and 1 triple room. There was no resemblance of the "suite" as presented on the website and the actual "suite" ..it was impossible to take a shower as the water temperature regulator did not work. There was another shower but it was "under construction" and the minibar was just an empty refrigerator.. breakfast was even worst. the main reason we stayed there was the activities offered for the small kids and the animals. except for a bunny that we saw passing by, there were no other activities (yes there was a pool.. but no playground)..it remained as a virtual imaginary only .I felt that we have been scammed
