I think this is the most welcoming hotel we've visited in Europe in the past 6 months, and we do travel a lot.
The staff is superb, the owner, Iliana, is super friendly, nice, smiley, I felt like I'm visiting my cousin hehe.
The room was big enough, bed comfy. Warm rooms, and very very clean facilities.
You can see it was built ages ago, and maybe some furniture upgrade would be good, but it might lose its spirit.
It is a family owned hotel, and everyone is really welcoming. Definitely have meal at the restaurant downstairs, food is so delicious! Freshly, homemade, big portions, and great value for money!
Overall, we're definitely coming back there! ❤️

Excellent location for hiking, one and a half our from Videnica Peak and one and a half our from Yagobinska cave.Kitka was very kind,polite and helpful about guiding us with the hiking tracks. I could highly recommend it to everyone who loves the mountain and spectacular views in the mountain.

Emmy was the perfect hostess. We decided to take the homemade breakfast and it did not disappoint. There was a language barrier but she was using a translation app that made it very easy for us to understand and communicate.

The host was really kind and helpful, the guide was very accommodating and the big plus is they allow pets! Would visit again.
Very charming place. Clean and comfortable. Great place if you are with children. The food in the restaurant is incredible and the lemonade (all three varieties) is amazing.
We used their services to go to the Eagle eye and the driver was really careful as we were with two small kids (2 and 4 years old). He even stopped for wild strawberry picking.
