The Lavender Lodge is a private self contained apartment set in the picturesque village of Rupkite. The guests have free Wifi and the use of the Summer kitchen, veranda and garden areas.

The host Caroline was so friendly and accommodating. She left the essentials for us on arrival (including a beer ☺️) and couldn’t do enough to make us feel comfortable. She also communicated with us before the trip providing information on shops in the area, exact location details, etc. which was very helpful. We opted for the meal which was delicious - Caroline basically cooked exactly what we asked for and it was the best meal we had during our travels in Bulgaria. The breakfast was also delicious. Everything was fresh and organic. The area is so nice and peaceful surrounded by nature. Caroline has a beautiful garden and seating area which was very nice for relaxing during our stay. This was the last stop on our travels of Bulgaria and was really the icing on the cake. We would definitely recommend Caroline’s place and for all travellers to opt for the meal as you won’t be disappointed. Ps Caroline - do get in contact with us if you ever visit Ireland 🇮🇪
