The owner went beyond our expectations to help us as much as he could. He booked us a taxi for the morning to seven rila lakes and after our hike he personally picked us up from the mountain. He even gave us a ride from dupnitsa when we arrived. We communicated with google translate and we didn't have issue with it, it was fun. The room itself was simple and very clean. Overall it was an authentic experience and would definitely stay here again.

The facilities are great. The outside pool, the playground, the kids room, the indoor pool with the biggest jacuzzi I have ever seen. The restaurant had great food, good service, though expensive in comparison to the restaurants in town. The room was also huge, the bed was comfortable and they provided an baby cot for our son plus a baby bath robe which was a lovely touch.
