The host was very friendly and gave us some good tips for sightseeing and how to make use of all faculties of the villa. The villa was brand new and very luxurious. We really liked the outside area, enough space to sit and drink/BBQ. The bathroom was exceptional, the sleeping rooms have some good beds and could be blinded so it was really dark when sleeping. The villa is a good spot when you like to visit the close-by cities like Gent and Lokeren as a group/family and don't want to sleep in a busy area/hotel but also want to enjoy the benefits of a spacious villa with a nice garden.

This was a bit of a treat for us. The idea of staying on a boat was hard to pass up. We loved our stay. Bart, our host, looked after us very well. The accommodations are surprisingly spacious for a canal boat - ample for us as a couple, with rooms to spare if you have children. Bathrooms (yes plural) were great. Breakfast was really laid on, more than we could eat and there's basic refreshments in the kitchen with a very reasonably priced mini-bar in the fridge. Breakfast on the deck if the weather permits. Bed was super comfortable and the area was quiet. Walk of about 30 mins into town or tram stop only 500m away.

Super cozy, super clean house with all amenities you need for your stay. It has three bedrooms, two overlooking garden and one facing the street which is really quiet. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you can imagine, hosts even left us coffee and tea and some individually packed food to feel more welcome. One bathroom with bath and toilet upstairs and one toilet only downstairs. The most beautiful part of the house is dining area with large table overlooking small garden in rustic style with a small pond, seating area and a hammock. Very good for families and groups of friends since it is very close to the city center (it would be right to say the house is IN the city center). Last but not least, communication with the host was fast and easy.

An excellent hotel in a very quiet neighborhood, just a 15 min walk to the Cathedral in the old town of Ghent. Offers a parking space at the premises (extra charge)
Clean, spacious one bedroom apartment, modernly decorated, very cozy, overlooking a yard, with city view. Could accommodate a third person in the couch. Big wardrobe and many closets, very convenient really. Nice bathroom
Offers a kitchen (fridge, electric kitchen hob, microwave) well equipped to cook a meal (although we did not).
Very good breakfast; good quality nice variety. The hotel has a restaurant as well (we did not try it).
Special thanks to the reception staff who helped us with to get permission for our car to enter the low emission zone.
We enjoyed our four-night stay, and we definitely recommend it.
As families grow in size, so too do the needs of a family holiday. That’s why family hotels are set up to cater for all ages, from toddlers and kids to teens and adults. Typically, you can expect restaurants with kids’ menus, games rooms, fitness centres and a pool area where children can play and parents can relax.
My wife with two kids and my mom stayed here for 4 days. They absolutely enjoyed their stay and have nothing to complain about.
Great apartment in a nice town. Lovely.
Nice and spacious room (loft conversion). Hilde (the host) was very helpful. Room and bed linen very clean. Quiet - nice and affordable place to stay when you intend to visit nearby (more expensive) cities/places (e.g. Ghent, Lokeren, Sint Niklaas, The Netherlands, etc.)
