Staff were exceptional. They sorted out our small problem immediately. The cabin was a bit utilitarian but the surrounding rainforest and visiting wildlife were absolutely amazing and more than compensated for it.
For a peaceful retreat it could not be bettered.

It was very quiet, very clean and has a wonderful aspect. A well supplied kitchen meant that we could relax at the end of the day and eat at home while enjoying the views and listening to the night sounds.
The location was absolutely perfect for our excursions to birding locations.
As families grow in size, so too do the needs of a family holiday. That’s why family hotels are set up to cater for all ages, from toddlers and kids to teens and adults. Typically, you can expect restaurants with kids’ menus, games rooms, fitness centres and a pool area where children can play and parents can relax.
The accommodation was very suitable for us as it poured with rain, was windy and very cold. The space inside and the deck were perfect for the weather conditions. This is the 2nd time we have stayed here and both times we didn't get to explore the back garden due to weather. Lots of room, good kitchen, tv is accessible and shower has 2 choices which is important for our family.
Cabins were wonderful. Location is excellent . Cabins had everything you need as far as cooking etc go. Laundry was great. Pool was lovely for the kids with a rock pool for young ones, waterfall and activities near by.
Everything! Beautiful garden and home, very child friendly. Little touches like fresh herbs, flowers, beautiful tea/coffee set up. Lots of books for young and old to peruse.
Such a fabulous stay with our family of five. Super friendly, affordable and the kids loved the playground and space to run around in. We had the pizza the second night which was wonderful. Thank you for having so much to offer.
