This is one of the best properties I have stayed at! The location was excellent. Walking distance from the train station and bust stops. Lots of small little restaurants near by. The host was extremely helpful, very responsive and easy to reach out to. The apartment itself, extremely clean, modern, excellent amenities, well equipped kitchen and looked almost new! Overall a fantastic experience! Highly recommend if you're coming to salzburg!

1. Excellent Breakfast - it was so good i forgot to take photos of it. Hotfood - sausages, Eggs - fried, scrambled and soft boiled. Sausages, PROPER crunchy bacons, Vegetables. Cold food - Salads, assortment of cheese, salamis, and meat that I cannot named. Cereals with local fruits. FRESH FRUITS... LOTS OF THEM. Desserts, some common, others i have no idea what they are KIDS LOVED THEM. The variety of food changes every day in my experience but you can expect excellent breakfast variety.
2. Felt like a family run hotel. Personalised but yet excellently run.
3. Rooms are spotless. We have the loft unit and kids love their hiding space 2nd level but a little too difficult for adults.
4. Location - it's in quiet area with bus goes straight to the city. The view is just amazing

Room is comfortable. Good location. Grocery shop and restaurants along the street. 10 mins walk to the old town. Checking in online was easy. Very impressive with the team at master. I was in contact with them via WhatsApp to change no. of guests as due to an emergency surgery my sis couldn't come along with us. The team goes all out to assist in helping me to get in touch with booking.com to amend the change. They were always prompt with their responses. I'm glad they made our stay in Salzburg a pleasant trip.

Very close to the city center and attractions. Kids friendly- two level kids club with lots of fun, slides,coocking tools, climbing wall etc. and quite big space outside near the lobby garden for open air games(football for example).
It was pet and child friendly. They prepared a free cot for my 6 months baby and they also give a package for dogs to stay comfortable in the rooms (bowl for water/food and blanket to sleep)

Pleasant stay, beautiful and functional place, good located and the staff, specially in the restaurant/bar, are greatefully helpful and nice. Good place for children too, with a small, but interesting kids area, patio and fountain.
Picturesque! set in lovely gardens next to a park Helmhof is a traditional alpine type building with great character. Situated in a safe, historic, quiet and leafy suburb just a few minutes bus ride from Salzburg it was an ideal place for us to stay. A family run and family friendly hotel/guesthouse I would not hesitate to take our grandchildren here!
The receptionist was good, and the communication was clear and understanding. The breakfast too was good for very small money. Great for family and friends. It was also child friendly and ecologically sustainable: light water and the food quality was good
The location is central and near the transportations. Family friendly, budget friendly, clean rooms and sanitation, amenities and childrens corner. A plus for the buggy incase you did not have one with you. But for the breakfast, it is ok. Not much of choices but it’s fine.
Great location, easy 10-minute walk from the train station. Great for families, as it is spacious, however when requesting rooms close together, they were on the same floor, but not near each other, that is hard for family with three children. Without interconnected rooms, it makes it hard for families. We didn't have breakfast so not sure about this service.

The apartment was very confortable and ideal for a family with two children. There was also available space in the living room in order for someone to be able to sleep. I was surprised positively with the fact that there were a lot toys for my child aged 3 years old (i.e kitchen with a variety of suitable accesories,fairytales etc) in order for her to have fun. I truly recommend to everyone to stay at this lovely apartment.very easy access to downtown either by car (free available parking in the apartment's area) or by bus
