It's a great little hotel in a small community. Old charm. My twin bed room was clean and cozy. Shower Pressure was great. Parking out back is tight but doable. Plus when parking is full they have tokens for you to park in the parking garage just up the street. I'm from the United States. I actually chose this hotel by accident as I was looking for a place in Tirol/Koessen and some kinda way this place showed up. Not paying attention I chose it. Made for a long ride back to my area. But not their blame. I have no regrets. I felt at home. Breakfast was traditional but buffet and seemed OK. It costs 12 euro. There is a restaurant although I did not eat there. Price of hotel stay was great. Bed comfortable for me. It's not Stearns and Foster now. But still comfy enough.

The apartment is so clean and warm , very comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen(except a toaster but its not a big deal, we pan fried our toast bread without oil and its same cryspy). Our stay was perfect for our xmas holiday . The view in front of balcony is beautiful, we had an amazing time. Recommended to visit Bergeralm for skiing or rolling bahn. Trip to Sterzing Italy within 40min drive is truly great. Thank you Werner and Vanessa, hope to be back soon.
