Perfect location, great hosts, kitchen stove broke but they fixed it for us the next day straight. the first night when it broke they took out pots and helped us finish cooking the pasta we wanted to it even though we arrived late at night. The whole bedroom and bathroom were recently refurbished, it was in excellent condition. I loved everything about it. :))
We rode up to Edelweisspitze the next day, it was a great location the main closed road section being close to us about 10-15min ride.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. On site parking a bonus. Staff very friendly. Ideal location in the town. the terrific weather made the beer garden a bonus.
Found a unique bar with beer garden.The food looked and smelled great.we ate in our hotel which was also very good. Buffet style with plenty of choice. I liked how you are allocated a table for the duration of your stay.

We loved the beautiful location and very friendly welcoming staff. Perfect close by safe parking. We also loved that included within the price of the room was access to the GlobGlocker Pass which was one of the reasons we were visiting the area. Bonus! Bar and restaurant for breakfast were great, Will definitely visit this place again.

Amazing pool and spa area, 10/10. Lots of sports activities to do, the hotel also organises events outside of the property, like rafting, mountain biking, etc. Breakfast was superb. The location is nice and calm, fresh mountain air. 10m drive to the beautiful lake.

Spa was great as well. Free self service next to the pool including selection of teas, fresh water, fruits, juice and healthy snack is great and i was surprised because i did not expect to have it served, since this is not all inclusive hotel.

The owners had nice tips upon arrival. The apartment was spacious and authentic and had all the necessary amendments available. Very comfortable to use the areas in the house that were also available to the guests, swimming pool, playground, inner playroom during a rainy moment. Easy access to drinks if needed.

Typically, you can expect restaurants with kids’ menus, games rooms, fitness centres and a pool area where children can play and parents can relax.
Everything was clean and very well equipped. Furniture and towels were new. Breakfast was fine too, we found there everything we need. Our stay here was nice. We had family apartment with 2 rooms. Radio in the shower I didn't expect to have :) it was fun. Also enough space to park the car. Indeed there is also view on the mountains.
The hotel is a family-run business close to the centre of Bruck. Our room was modern and very clean. Breakfast on both mornings of our stay was good with a wide range of options. Perfectly located to catch train into Zell Am See. We also had a lovely meal in their ‘secret garden’ serenaded by the owner and his children.
The small children playground was pleasant surprise. The accomodation was as ecpected and it corresponds to images. Nice and clean. Enough space for parking.
We had a perfect stay at the appartement with our family with two young childeren. Everything was very spacious and clean. The hosts are also very nice and helpful!

All good, but between 11pm and 6am no where to to any work, im from oversees and a hotel this size should at least have a sitting room or lounge to make some calls as not to wake up the family,
While it was snowing heavily, our son threw a few snow balls across the pool, over the loudspeaker (Dont throw snow in the pool) being publicly humiliated pees me off big time. especially when 90% of activities are closed. god forbid the kids have a bit of fun here, i wont be back
The people running the hotel were fantastic and accommodating.
We spent two nights there and really appreciated its location, charm and family friendly orientation.
