I recently stayed at Grand Resort in Jermuk, and it was one of the most relaxing and enjoyable experiences I’ve ever had. The hotel focuses on spa and wellness, and from the moment I arrived, I felt calm and well taken care of. The spa is amazing! I tried a few different treatments, including a massage and a facial, and they were fantastic. The hotel uses the famous healing waters of Jermuk, and it was such a special experience to enjoy the baths. The staff were very kind and professional, making sure I was comfortable during every treatment. The sauna was also great for unwinding after a long day. In addition to the spa, the hotel offers fitness, yoga, and nature walks, which gave me a chance to explore the beautiful surroundings. The fresh air and peaceful environment made me feel completely relaxed. One of my favorite parts of the stay was the restaurant. They serve three meals a day, and every meal was delicious! The food was fresh, healthy, and there were lots of options to choose from. Whether I wanted something light or a more filling meal, everything was prepared perfectly. I looked forward to every meal! The hotel is very well-kept, and my room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff were always friendly and ready to help with anything I needed, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The staff were very pleasant, with a special mention for Christina at the front desk who was extremely helpful and offered local advice. The breakfast had a good selection, and the hot options varied daily. The hotel's location was excellent, within walking distance to most local attractions. The views from the hotel were wonderfully scenic. In Jermuk, the air is very fresh, and the climate during our stay was perfect, with hot and sunny days ranging from 22-25 degrees. Due to the altitude, the temperature drops in the evening, so packing a light jacket or pullover for the summer months is advisable.

Staff was super helpful and friendly. Even gave me some super tasty local peaches. Cleanliness was very good, also liked the fact that noise wasn’t a problem in the evening and night. Location was also perfect. Free parking behind the building. Didn’t have breakfast, but it would’ve been included.

The location is perfect, the staff is friendly and super helpful, breakfast was amazing, the hotel has everything one needs - towels, comfy beds, view to the mountains and it is located next to the waterfalls. In a nutshell, highly recommended, our family loved our stay there.
Everything was good. The place is very family friendly. Children can get busy with the trampoline, slide, pool, sand pool, etc. There is also a nice place to have barbecue and eat outside. The host has thought of everything that might be useful for the customers. I highly recommend this place.

Clean and comfortable 2-bedroom apartment not far from the city center. First floor, without stairs, the accessibility is great. Has a fully functional kitchen (except for eclectic cattle) and even a washing machine, which is must-have considering hot springs which bring a lot of sand.
It's a quaint small family-run hotel in this walkable little town. There's a water fountain right outside with fresh Jermuk water, a shared small kitchen, a sitting room with couch, table and chairs, and tv between the bedroom and the private bathroom. Coming and going is pretty easy, and you're steps away from several small markets, a coffee machine, a cafe, an ATM, a salon, and all of the Jermuk town attractions. The owner was friendly, and the room was clean.
