Perfect location, good value for money. The flat is equipped with all necessary stuff. Overall its a classic soviet style flat, the mattresses are filled with wool, might not be very comfortable for inexperienced. The location is very central and hosts are lovely.

We loved everything! The house is equipped with everything you’d need, the barbecue area is available and you can buy firewood at the property. Hot water boiler provides sufficient amount of water, beds are comfy, everything is nice and clean!

We got a free upgrade to the luxury room with a nice view from the balcony. Overall, a good experience. Breakfast was amazing. We got pampered by the cook and enjoyed a very nice meal in the morning. The views of the Jermuk gorge are lovely!

The rooms were clean and comfortable, with spacious beds and excellent Wi-Fi connectivity. The buffet offered delicious meals, and we especially enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi, where our kids had a great time. The staff was incredibly friendly and responsive. Thank you! The location is perfect, the staff is friendly and super helpful, breakfast was amazing, the hotel has everything one needs - towels, comfy beds, view to the mountains and it is located next to the waterfalls. In a nutshell, highly recommended, our family loved our stay there.
Everything was good. The place is very family friendly. Children can get busy with the trampoline, slide, pool, sand pool, etc. There is also a nice place to have barbecue and eat outside. The host has thought of everything that might be useful for the customers. I highly recommend this place.

Clean and comfortable 2-bedroom apartment not far from the city center. First floor, without stairs, the accessibility is great. Has a fully functional kitchen (except for eclectic cattle) and even a washing machine, which is must-have considering hot springs which bring a lot of sand.
