very friendly reception staff, easy and simple checkin. For the price we were very impressed with the size of our apartment, how clean and comfortable it was. The kitchen and bathroom filled with everything you need. Swimming pool is great. So happy with our stay.

The location is great if you’re going skiing or if you want to enjoy a bit of the mountains away from the city, but if you want to stay in the city then this hotel is a bit out of the way. We wanted to stay in the mountains so it was perfect for us. We paid extra for the room with a Mountain View and it was well worth it. We split with the terrace door open and fell asleep to the running stream next to the hotel. The breakfast was also incredible with a variety of breads, meat, cheeses, juices, and fruits. We even got to order omelets from the kitchen. The dinner was also incredible. Highly recommend the gastronomic menu.

The apartment was excellent. It was very modern with all the facilities you would require for a family. The beds were very comfortable and extra blankets. The place was lovely and warm and very comfortable. A range of appliances and even a chess board and games for entertainment. It was like a home away from home!!
