The surrounding streets had great food options, although expensive -Bao Wow bao restaurant highly recommended. We really enjoyed and appreciated our stay here. Highly recommend, both for the location and the hotel quality.

We had a really bad Airbnb experience so we wanted to find something with great reviews, that the cleanliness level was good with great staff and Five Star West Lake didn't disappoint. We have rented a motorbike so our transportation was easy and we were independent. Very tasty breakfast too, based on a bento box kind of concept. Be aware that the bed mattress is super hard (we loved it).

My brother and I spent about a week here in this new hotel with some nice amenities. The infinite pool facing the West Lake was like no other. The staff provided excellent service and hospitality. Patrick at the front desk was very attentive and helpful. He offered recommendations for places and even called around to make reservations for us. This is a lifesaver when you don't speak the local language, nor have the time to wait around on the phone. Highly recommended for visitors who wants to have a relaxing time and let the professional handles the reservations and coordinations.

Ideally set in the Tay Ho district of Hanoi, Crescendo Boutique Studio - STAY 24h is set 3.3 km from West Lake, 4.5 km from Quan Thanh Temple and 5 km from Hanoi Old City Gate. The hotel looks beautiful and absolutely new. The rooms are nice and comfortable. The bed and pillows are really good for a night's sleep. No complains at all. Room service was very very fast, and the food taste really good. Pricing is reasonable too. Desserts especially was very good. The entire menu has a very wide selection for everyone, vegan options available. Breakfast deserves a shout-out. It's not a buffet, you can make order from their cafe menu. Their local selection was delicious, with a good mix of international food, selection of breads, cereals etc. The taste is very good as well. Service staff are very attentive. Location is good, within walking distance to most places.
