In addition, I must commend the outstanding assistance we received from Hieu, one of the staff members. He truly made our stay exceptional. Hieu was always ready to assist with any issues, provided valuable guidance, and greatly aided us in planning the rest of our journey. His dedication and support were invaluable, and we are truly grateful for his exceptional service. This is the best first impression of Vietnam.

Zody House features free WiFi throughout the property and views of city in Hanoi. The property is close to Ha Noi Railway station, Vietnam Fine Arts Museum and St. Joseph Cathedral. Nice quiet and safe location not far from the hustle and bustle of the old quarter. Good communication with the friendly manager Mr. Binh. Cleaning person was always smiling and was available as needed. Room was as described in the booking The room was well stocked and maintained, worked great for our week stay in Hanoi. We took advantage of the in room washing machine and small kitchen. The little balcony was great for fresh air. We had a great stay and would not hesitate to come back.

Located in the northwest corner of Hanoi’s Old Quarter, Thien Thai Hotel & Spa is just 5 minutes’ walk from Dong Xuan Market. It offers 3 dining options and free Wi-Fi. Thuc and Phung and the r st of the staff were very hospitable. Great hotel to stay in Hanoi's Old Quarters district. Very clean rooms, nice gym and superb breakfast. Best breakfast I have had in years.

Le Jardin Hotel Haute Couture enjoys panoramic views over Hanoi city and the Hoan Kiem Lake. Its elegant rooms include free bottled water and Wi-Fi. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. There were lots of options at breakfast. Location was good as well. Wish I could have stayed longer!
