This hotel is centrally located in San Francisco's lively Union Square, which features shopping, dining and entertainment options. The hotel is very centrally located in downtown San Francisco just off Market Street. My room on the 8th floor was relatively quiet. I liked how guests were encouraged to use the bottles in the room to fill up water at the water station on the 7th floor, which was very environmentally friendly. There is access to the garden on the 3rd floor but your key is needed to get back into the hotel. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful.
