I was so pleasantly surprised by this hotel! The staff was wonderfully attentive and thoughtful, the rooms were clean and efficient, and the bed was so comfortable (I spelt great)! Great location, too! Very comfortable, great shower, especially coming in after a late fun night. Very relaxing and private.

Very central, clean, we had a great view from our hotel room, the food is great, there is a terrace to enjoy the warm evenings outdoors; the staff was extremely friendly and helpful I can only recommend this hotel- choose a room wit h view, it's worth it

In a prime location in the NoMad district of New York, Best Western Premier Empire State Hotel is located 400 metres from Empire State Building, 800 metres from Macy's and 700 metres from Flatiron... the best staying of my life: everything was great and clean and I enjoyed all. Tara and Khaoola helped me with a small issue that was so troublesome for me, practically the best problem solvers on this world!!! 🥰

We were pleasantly surprised with a bottle of Prosecco for our anniversary when we checked in! Very clean room, loved the toiletries, bed, linens. Mattress & pillows soooo comfortable—ended up buying a pillow to take home! When I’m in the market for a new mattress I will be looking into the type at Made! Room was small but we were expecting that. Great location, close to lots of restaurants, central to many attractions yet removed from the chaos of Times Square. Enjoyed the complimentary wine hour from 5-6pm daily and coffee/tea/hot chocolate daily. Very efficient, friendly, and attentive staff. Overall a wonderful retreat from our busy days!! Would definitely stay again.

Arlo NoMad is 644 metres from Madison Square Park, 322 metres from the Empire State Building and 805 metres from Herald Square. staff so friendly and helpful, perfect location to start exploring nyc and nice-warm interior on every details and huge SHOUT OUT Brianna for the room upgrade arrangement that's make the stay better. 10/10

Amazing hotel - great location, near metro stop, few shops around and a lot of (not only) korean restaurants. Hotel has a free access to the rooftop bar where they serve the welcome drinks, you also get water in your room every day. Rooms are clean, towels changed daily, cleaning done daily as well.

This Manhattan urban resort is located in NoMad, 350 metres from Madison Square Park. There is an on-site spa and free WiFi access. Rooms are very big and so clean. They really par attention on cleanless. Rooftop has a perfect view of empire state building.

The room was great, the staff were very kind and answered every request we had with a smile. The location of the hotel is the best thing about it.

Find your balance in NoMad. Experience sanctuary and scene at The James New York – NoMad, located on the corner of 29th Street and Madison Avenue. This is an outstanding hotel far away from New York standards. Closed to everywhere: broadway, time square, central park (if you are a good walker), with a bus station just in front of the hotel for longer distances. The hotel is very nice. Sure this is not the most modern hotel we used to have, but it is well maintained, and it is on a human scale (no wait for minutes to have acces to the elevator for instance). The room was larger than expected for 4 for a 10 days stay. Large enough so we could put all our luggage without any problem. The neighborhood is fantastic with lots of good restaurants. 2 starbucks at the corners. I would recommand it to anyone going to New York.
