The hotel is in a great location close to the water, marina, nice restaurant nearby. Downtown just a short drive away. The room was very comfortable and roomy and the morning breakfast was very good. The front desk attendant was not friendly and welcoming but otherwise the stay was pleasant.

The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. If anything was needed, it was supplied very quickly. Desk staff even helped us print out boarding passes after we had difficulty doing so. Trotters, which may be an independent restaurant, served delicious food.

When we arrived at check in time our room was not available and the guy told he did not know when it would be be ready. When I asked he should we leave go it and come just said he didn’t know and helped the next guest in line. He never said he would call me or anything. I called booking and they were supposed to accommodate me for having to wait 5 hours but didn’t. The ready of the staff was nice but one bad seed can bring your whole trip down.
