Well set in the La Medina district of Tunis, Dar el médina is located 17 km from Salammbo Tophet Archaeological Museum, 400 metres from Dar Lasram Museum and 500 metres from Kasbah Square. The staff are amazing. They helped us with everything we asked, and they guided us for things we didn't know. They gave us handy local tips for transportation. They gave us a gift souvenir. People are so sweet and nice. The place was great. It's an actual old Ottoman style building that was kept generation after generation and later transformed to an hotel, so the experience you get is unique. Everything was nice and perfect 👌🏻 Great stay. I would highly recommend

Set 17 km from Salammbo Tophet Archaeological Museum, Dar Ben Gacem Kahia offers air-conditioned accommodation with a patio. My flight from TUN to Djerba was cancelled and I booked in here because if the great reviews. Slim, the concierge, went above and beyond to make sure I arrived safely. He walked me through the taxi process from TUN -- even helping me navigate with a video call. He gave me an electricity converter. He totally saved my vacation and gave me such a great impression of Tunisia. I talked to the others at the (extraordinary) breakfast and Slim had helped others similarly. The place itself is like a stately fortress within the souk. It's a pretty direct walk to the mosque.

Boasting a terrace and views of city, El Patio Courtyard House is a guest house set in a historic building in Tunis, 17 km from Salammbo Tophet Archaeological Museum. Mr. Ahmet and the so kind lady who prepares the breakfast were AMAZING people that do not stop smiling (Literraly), it felt like a little family and it changes so much from the traditional hotel staff. Staying at El patio was an incredible experience, it's in the heart of the old touristic city, very harming. I was there with my wife, and we both appreciated the stay there. For all visitors of Tunisia, I recommend it 100%, I'm returning whenever I can again.

Located in the Medina of Tunis, 12 km from Tunis-Carthage international airport, Dar Ben Gacem is a traditional-style accommodation which offers free Wi-Fi access and a terrace overlooking the city. Huge tasty breakfast each morning. Very friendly staff who provided good recommendations for local places to eat. The room was very spacious and the decor is wonderful selected with support from local artisans. The rooftop was an added bonus despite the poor weather we experienced during our stay. The location was also very convenient within the Medina and had easy (for Tunisia) parking nearby.

Atelier D is located in the La Medina district of Tunis, 200 metres from Dar Lasram Museum, 400 metres from Sidi Mahrez Mosque and less than 1 km from Victory Square. Host are very friendly and provide us excellent information about the area , what to see and eat. We love the delicious breakfast, real Tunisian style. Thanks.
