Nice big room and bed, staff extremely friendly and helpful.
The food and restaurant are excellent and the breakfast is the best I have seen in Thailand.
The beach looks nice in front of the hotel, but it was too rough to swim during our stay.
Plenty of restaurants and shops a short walk from the hotel and easy to get taxis.

Everything was great from the get go! Clean fresh hotel with welcoming staff with good english. Check in was very easy and good.
We got early check in and an upgrade was provided where we got pool and oceanview to our villa. Greatly appreciated by us.
The facilities were beautiful and good.
The room was excellent. Nothing was old, damaged or in bad shape. Gorgeous bathrobes and all needed toiletries.
Very nice AC and comfortable bed.
The pool is gorgeous and nice. The walkways are pleasant. A sundeck to watch the sunset was amazing.
The beach in front of the pool is rocky but in front of the sundeck its smooth tan sand and gorgeous ocean waves.
Staff is very friendly put in the extra effort even at cleaning. Always polite, smiling and helpful. Feeling of geniuine care.
Security guards are here and very friendly.

The view from the second-floor balcony is really nice, and the balcony itself is spacious.
The A/C comes from the ceiling, not the wall, so you won’t get a cold draft on your face or ears. Plus, it’s quiet.
The main pool is long (around 25m), and I really enjoyed swimming there a lot.

Amazing the beach is footsteps away from your bed, can see it through the window ;) motor rent directly from hotel, cash exchange also. Clean beach also!! And even some big waves because of storm in rain season

I stayed in two rooms, the standard and a Bungalow. The standard was ok for the price, but the bungalows were quite amazing with private spa, and elevated in the trees with unique ramp access, felt like living in a tree house.
Wifi was not bad. The location is a little removed from the main area, but peaceful. I had a scooter making the distance not so much of a problem.
The propery had two pools to choose form, and ferry service to the main beach nearby (however I didn't use this.)

The hotel is nice on infrastructure. Very nice and helpful staff with many talents and very accomodating. 5/5 for the staff. Check in was easy and smooth. The room had all amenities.
The restaurant was big and nice and not to pricey. Cleaning was there everyday with nice and very good staff. Place is safe and the guards are excellent. We also got to use the facilities of two more hotel including their waterpark pool which was a nice change of pace. Evening dinners on the beach with lights and music and fireshow was romantic. We wanted for nothing hotel wise in this place
