Well located in the Obidos Medieval Town district of Óbidos, Casa Lidador - Obidos is located a 2-minute walk from Obidos Castle, 24 miles from Monastery of Alcobaca and 16 miles from Peniche... Óbidos is a magnificent medieval city, and when you wake up in the morning in Casa Lidador, you open your window and you have the whole city in front of you, is a unique and amazing view. That view alone is worth the price of the room. The room was huge, super clean and filled with a pleasant perfume. The position is perfect, in the middle of the old town inside the city walls. Exiting Casa Lidador, if you walk 5 minutes to the right you reach one end of the city walls, and if you walk 5 minutes to the left you reach the other end. The welcoming is done inside another structure that is 5 minutes from Casa Lidador, and everyone has been extremely kind and available to answer all of our questions about the city. There is also a pool, but we didn't use it. There is a free parking lot behind the Pastelaria Arcus, which is a 10 minutes walk from Casa Lidador.

Pousada Vila Óbidos is located in Óbidos, in the Obidos Medieval Town district. With a shared lounge, the 4-star hotel has air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, each with a private bathroom. The staff really friendly and kind. Specially Emma, in reception who received me walked inn tired and 9pm at night, she was most accommodating apologetic that she could only gave me their last and smallest room, but the next day she upgraded me to the biggest room with balcony for the same price. The rooms was nicely decorated with art work, the beds were cosy, airconditioned , cute, bright and cheerfull, and has full ammenities, with lovely natural soaps and shampoo, fluffy towels, there are free complimentary mineral water, ginja cherry liquer and chocolate. Guest can walk into the dining room and helo themselves with free hot beverages at any time of day. Breakfast was delicious. Overall its a really nice place and I would definately return.

The Literary Man Óbidos Hotel is a unique literary hotel and the biggest in the world. Amazing everything was fantastic.

Set in a 14th-century municipal house, this small hotel offers free Wi-Fi and an outdoor swimming pool with views of Óbidos' castle walls. Great location literally a few steps away from the city wall. Easy to reach, no need to climb up to the hotel with your luggage, possibility to park right in front of the hotel and even in the parking garage of the hotel. If this is not available, there are big public parking areas nearby. No stairs to take to reach the hotel - once you are in Obidos you will understand what a great thing it is. Lovely rooms with extraordinary, panoramic view. There is an elevator in the hotel. Very nice breakfast and helpful staff. Close to some good restaurants and to the stairs to enter city walls for a nice stroll around medieval castle. One of the few hotels with a swimming pool. All in all a great experience!

Óbidos Pátio House offers accommodations in Óbidos, 24 miles from Monastery of Alcobaca and 15 miles from Peniche Fortress. Incredibly friendly and helpful hosts and very cozy atmosphere. Comfortable and very clean room. Property very well situated close to everything yet in a quiet area. Hosts made us feel at home. Huge breakfast with lots of variety.

Offering a garden, Pátio da Muralha features accommodations in Óbidos. Rafael is extremely friendly and thought of everything! The place is ideally located. He met us and made sure we have a safe place for our car. It is very large (could sleep 5 easily), he had some basic fruits, vegetables, meat and cheese waiting for us. There is no washing machine, and upstairs room is a little musty from being an old house and right under the old roof. Rest of the house is wonderful.
