I was just a couple minutes from the shops in the old city. I loved my box. I swear that was the most comfortable bed I have ever been in. Also found myself waking up after 8 or 9 hours, which never happens! The front desk staff was amazing. Any question I had was answered fully. Everyone was fabulous, but special shoutouts to Joao (both) and Rudi, who made everything extra special

Kind staff. Very good breakfast with fresh fruit, directly from the garden of the owner. Optimal location in the town center.

Overlooking the picturesque River Mondego, Hotel Larbelo offers air-conditioned rooms with a seating area and a private bathroom. Some rooms include a view of the river. Everything was great. We arrived quite early and the staff offered to keep our suitcases at first, but then, even better, they let us know that our room was ready in advance and let us check in ahead of schedule. The hotel was the cleanest one I've ever been to, and the room had a vintage style but was amazing and had all the necessities. In addition to everything, the hotel is right in the historical center. If you visit Coimbra, please please stay at this hotel! I cannot recommend it enough!

Hotel Domus offers rooms with free Wi-Fi and a 24-hour front desk, just 80 metres from Coimbra-A Railway Station. It takes a 10-minute walk to the Old Cathedral of Coimbra. Hotel Domus gave us a clean and comfortable room with a nice bed and shower. Adjacent to the older part of town but easily accessible by car for drop-off and parking just a block away made access easy. We were 10-15 minutes away from the old university and we’re able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. Breakfast was simple good and fresh and our host was very attentive and eager to please. Nothing fancy with this stay, just clean and comfortable and a good location.

Very comfortable with great facilities. The personnel were excellent in every area, and very friendly, relaxed, and communicative - but professional at the same time. The food (breakfast, dinner, and the odd room-service) was always very good, and plenty of choice - main dishes always changed from day-to-day. We even complimented the chef on one of them. The swimming-pool was a welcome addition to cool off on some of the hot days. Here again the service at the kiosk was excellent. We really enjoyed an evening of live music in the pool area. We have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.

Oslo is a family-run hotel situated 50 meters from the station with views over the city and its historical University. It offers recently renovated rooms with free Wi-Fi. The rooftop terrace is amazing and the breakfast room also offers wonderful views of Coimbra. The buffet breakfast was generous and tasty The hotel is in a quiet area, close to good restaurants, quaint streets and yet only a very short walk to the railway station.

NH Coimbra Dona Ines is located within a 10-minute walk of the Coimbra centre and Coimbra Train Station. It features a business centre, tennis court, outdoor pool and car rental facilities. I appreciate the room, and the breakfast with gluten-free options was a great surprise for me. Thank you so much.
