Helpful staff who stored our bag overnight while we went to Machu Picchu.

Just 8 minutes drive from the Velasco Astete Airport, the Sonesta Hotel Cusco is less than 0.6 mi from the city center. All rooms feature a mountain or city view. Staff were amazing and it was especially helpful most knew english too!. We had an early start for a day tiur and they had a breakfast bag ready for us at 4am for on the road! Our room was also spotlessly cleaned every day - we were amazed! We loved our stay here! Thank you so much.

I went with 6 friends and we all loved being there together. There is a nice common room to hang out in which made it feel like college. The staff was phenomenal, very accommodating, and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious and we always were well-fed. The beds were great. The location cannot be beat. Would completely recommend this place!!

The staff are amazing and super helpful. I stayed for one night, left my bag for a night and came back to stay for 2 more nights. Location is on a quiet street only a short walk from many restaurants and markets. They make a little bag for you for breakfast if you have an early morning tour. 10/10 would stay here again.

The rooms were spacious and the bathrooms very modern and clean. Also the hotel offered laundry service with a fair price and helped us organize some tours. But the best about our stay was the lovely and attentive staff. Luis, Rony and Angel were always there to help and took great care of us! The service would also be the decisive point why we would choose this hotel again!!
