Extremely helpful and gracious staff are a big reason to use this hotel. Five minute walk to vibrant Thamel area and also to area of european branded shops and bars. Room was modern, clean, spacious and quiet. Excellent housekeeping,  service and breakfast throughout our stay. Big thank you to staff for going above and beyond to secure our lost phone.

O Hotel Shanker-Palatial Heritage Kathmandu está localizado em Katmandu, próximo do Museu Palácio Narayanhiti. O hotel dispõe de piscina exterior e spa. Everything's perfect. Parents had a very nice experience staying in a palace-turned-hotel. Special thanks to Bibika Gurung who was always there to help us with everything be it our stay, our travel, food, bookings etc. Look forward to visiting again.

This was the third time I have stayed in this property. It feels like you are in your own home. Staffs are very friendly, accommodating, caring and courteous. Let me give you an example of its caring staff. “For the breakfast, they serve you with two slices of toasts. Since I was cutting down carbs, I asked the lady at front desk to send me only one slice of toast because I didn’t want to waste food. After few days, she brought me two slices of toasts and told me that the size of the bread on that particular day was kind of smaller, and she thought one smaller piece wouldn’t be enough. That just brought a big smile in my face.” Even the dog at the property is so kind, it likes to welcome all the guests each time they arrive. I will definitely come back here next time I visit Nepal.
