To be honest I didn’t like no toothpaste and toothbrush shampoo water I have to go buy water to drink cos they only have water dispenser down the lobby if u want to drink water u have to go down to refill ur bottle. But one thing I can say that the guy staff in the counter he is polite and has a patience bcs I didn’t know that I have insufficient bal on my accnt . I have to withdraw money and transfer to my other bank . He patiently waited till I manage successfully to transfer to my other account took me almost 1hr .. thanks to him

I had a great time exploring the area, although my visit was a bit rushed. There are plenty of nice places and delicious food options to try, but unfortunately, I couldn't experience them all. We did manage to find some tasty meals at a few malls, which were both affordable and satisfying. Overall, a lovely experience, but I definitely want to return for more!

Johor is a great [;ace for Singapore people to go shopping because many things cost less than half the Singapore price. From groceries to restaurants, all much cheaper than Singapore. Medicines are particularly cheap - often quarter the Singapore price.
Apart from cost, there are places of interest like Legoland and Desaru, a beach with pure white sand as far as the eyes can see. These things are very poorly promoted which makes them very uncrowded

The room is large and have all facilities we need including refrigerator, stove, kettle and ironing facilities. There was also a washing machine! It has a strong individual wifi and a smart TV that can show YouTube and movies.
The downside is the lack of signage to drive your car to the upper floors for parking. We had to move in circles to find the ramp going up. The signage needs to be lighted up and placed in more locations.

Not lost in Singapore train and bus service usage but twice lost JB Sentral - poor signage. Poor traffic management.
If world tourist can enjoy in Singapore tiny island what has STOPed same here in Johor - it makes me wonder when things are cheaper.

If you are planning a trip to Singapore, I advise staying near JB Central, preferably within walking distance from your hotel. There are road closures and construction work for the new train service at JB Central, causing significant traffic jams during peak hours. This construction is expected to last several years, as of 2024. If the weather is bad or you need to do some shopping, City Square is the closest and most easily accessible mall from JB Central.

The apartment was great.
The apartment was great. What you see in the pictures is what you get. It was clean and tidy. The stated time for check in was at 3pm, however, we had to wait for almost 1 hr after arriving at the apartment lobby as our room was not ready and we kept being told that the key was already in the mailbox.
A bit frustrating when we keep checking the mailbox and there's clearly nothing there. Luckily there was someone stationed at the lobby and we found him to update us on the status of the room.
V convenient to go to the mall from the apartment. Car park and corridor of the apartment was also bright and not eerie. All in all a good stay.
Location was good, just a little bit of walking from the Customs.
loved the fact that it was in a quiet area and yet easy to fine food from the nearby coffee shops.
We visit JB pretty often for staycations and this is by far the best hotel that delivers
