The room was very nicely decorated, with a functional kitchenette and a good bathroom. The host was helpful and responsive. The whole place was private and serene with the view of the pool in the middle. We rented bikes at the property for a very fair price.

Located in Tulum town, Casa Abanico Tulum offers tropical gardens, free Wi-Fi and a communal kitchen with free coffee and purified water for guests. The Tulum Mayan Ruins are a 10-minute drive away. The host and hostess were super helpful nothing was too much trouble at all. All very clean and spotless and lots of hot water and decent shower clean towels daily and bedding every second day. The tropical garden was lovely and tranquil. The shared kitchen was always clean and a nice place to talk to other guests. Coffee for the coffee maker was included as was bottled water.

Howlita Hotel Tulum is situated in Tulum town, just 5 minutes driving from Tulum’s Mayan ruins and 5 kms from beautiful white-sand beaches. Christian and Sabrina are awesome! Wow...what a perfect way to end our holiday. Really wish we had stayed there for our whole trip. Quiet, amazing breakfast, comfy, great pool...I could go on but truly the owners and staff made it memorable. Thank you so much for everything - sorry we didn't see you when we left, but will definitely return next time in Tulum!
