We arrived at the hotel and were told that our reservation through Booking.com had not made it onto their system despite us having a confirmation email and the booking showing in the app. Jose was a star, ensuring we had a room. It was perfect. A great size, clean, sea view. I had the best nights sleep and a hot powerful shower. The breakfast buffet was also delightful. It had every option you could possibly wish for with a chefs station where you could request, eggs, omelettes etc. The team really could not do enough to help us. I’d 100% recommend and wish we were staying here for the remainder of our trip.

Ideally located in the Zona Dorada district of Mazatlán, One Mazatlán is situated 2.4 km from Punta del Sabalo, 8.1 km from Plazuela Machado and 12 km from Mazatlan Lighthouse. I don’t often leave reviews but I wanted to thank One Mazatlan for not cancelling my stay and honouring the price I booked at over a year ago when I planned to see the Mazatlan eclipse. So many people had their accommodations cancel to get better pay. Besides that it was great value for money, immediately next to a large grocery store, beach just across the street and free breakfast. Thank you!
