The staff made the stay memorable and couldn’t do enough to make us happy. the food and drink were excellent and of a very high standard. The cleanliness was also good.

Rooms are a great size. Heated pool is fantastic. No one time use plastic water bottles, only filtered water from machines (loved this)! Perfect location.

The art-deco-style hotel is 500 metres from the beach, a 10-minute drive from Agadir city centre. It offers free Wi-Fi, a Spa and Wellness centre and a large sea water swimming pool. Clean and nice hotel with lovely hosts and great service. We had a suit with a balcony and two bathrooms, very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was very nice, a lot of options and you could order fresh omelette every morning. The hosts were friendly and service minded.

I am writing to bring to your attention a serious issue I encountered during my recent stay at your hotel. The shower drain in my room is severely clogged, resulting in frequent flooding every time I take a shower.Despite notifying the reception staff about this problem, it appears that my concerns were not taken seriously. While they offered to send a housekeeper to mop the floor after each occurrence, this is merely a temporary solution that does not address the root cause of the issue.I am deeply concerned that this problem may be present in multiple rooms throughout the hotel, as it seems to be a systemic issue rather than an isolated incident. It is imperative that immediate action is taken to rectify the situation to ensure the comfort and safety of your guests.I strongly urge you to dispatch a maintenance team to inspect and repair the shower drain in my room as soon as possible. Alternatively, if the issue cannot be resolved promptly, I kindly request that my room be taken out of service until the necessary repairs have been completed.It is essential that the hotel maintains high standards of cleanliness and functionality to uphold its reputation as a reputable establishment. Ignoring or downplaying guest complaints is not acceptable and reflects poorly on the overall guest experience.I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and trust that you will take the necessary steps to address the shower drain issue effectively.
