We loved pretty much everything about this hotel. The staff and service is absolutely outstanding. The room was clean and newly renovated with an amazing sea view. The breakfast was tasty. There is a small private beach right outside where you can watch the sunset or just walk. The pool was refreshing and we loved the cute dog that lives at the hotel. Overall perfect for a few days in Tangalle.

Set in Tangalle, a few steps from Tangalle Beach, Serenity Beach Cabanas offers accommodation with a garden, free private parking and a restaurant. The cabana we stayed in was very cute and situated so close to the beach that we could hear the waves as we fell asleep. The staff were very friendly and the property was well maintained. We were only scheduled to stay one night, but we changed our booking after we arrived so we could have an extra night.

From the second we arrived our host was there to help in every shape or form. Such an amazing family run accommodation,this once in a lifetime experience. We instantly extended our stay. Our Hobbit house was just fantastic in every way. Everything you need is inside. The bed!!!!! You could fit a small village on the bed 🤣. The bathroom was incredible, everything was supplied including, quality shampoos, conditioners, shower gels, lotions, hairdryer. By far the best accommodation we have stayed in on our 3 week journey of Sri Lanka. Our host even organised an early morning Kayak on the lake which is a 2 minute walk, which was less that 10euro for as long as you want. He also suggested the turtle sanctuary which is an easy walk to the beach. There we saw newly hatched turtles running into the sea, followed by numerous turtles laying there eggs, on a guided and strict tour. Overall PLEASE BOOK Igabara hobbit house, you definitely won't be disappointed xx

Located in Tangalle, a few steps from Tangalle Beach, Hidden Garden Tangalle provides accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a terrace. beautiful! felt like a top resort. everyone was kind and gracious, everything was nice and clean, the pool was gorgeous. my room and bathroom were lovely and I loved having the balcony overlooking the pool. lots of great restaurants (try Kokomos and Ananas!) just a short walk away on the beach. the Sri Lankan breakfasts here at the resort were amazing and plentiful!!

We stayed in Lankavatara 9 days and we had a wonderful and restoring experience. We choose the location because is very quite and immerse in the nature and after 10 days going around the island we needed a break before leaving. What make our stay unforgettable has been also the staff, all are very helpful and professional, from the staff at the reception, the staff at the restaurant, the staff who clean, and the staff at the spa.
