Set in Tangalle, a few steps from Tangalle Beach, Serenity Beach Cabanas offers accommodation with a garden, free private parking and a restaurant. We had an amazing stay. The Cabanas are spacious and clean. We also liked the food at the restaurant, we tried breakfast lunch and dinner and we liked it very much. The location directly on the beach is perfect. What we liked the most about this place were the people, they were super friendly and helpful, they did everything to make our stay exceptional. They made us feel like we were staying at a friends or familys place.

Igabara Hobbit House has free bikes, garden, a shared lounge and restaurant in Tangalle. This 4-star hotel offers room service and babysitting service. We loved our stay at Igabara Hobbit House! It was a different experience and a much suggested one!! Everything felt like it was out of a movie: from the treehouse,which was a great place to chill and dine, to the hobbit house with its fairytale vibe and aesthetics, the overall experience was unmatched. The host was amazing and eager to help in any way possible. My ipad got wet and he spent around 1 1/2 hours helping me to dry it and making sure everything is ok. Bonus:His mom cooks delicious Sri Lankan dishes making the experience even more unique! We will definitely choose this when we get back and looking forward to seeing Hirushan’s ambitious plans taking place. I’m sure that we will see many more things from him in the future!

We enjoyed our stay so much. The family hosting is super welcoming. The garden and the pool are absolutely stunning and very well taken care of. We also loved the breakfast. They can let you kayaks to discover the lagoon

We enjoyed a 3 day stay at this beautiful villa and had a wonderful time there. We were lucky to watch one of the most beautiful sunsets we've ever seen during our stay.

OMIA RESORT is located right on the water at rekawa beach. Boasting a 24-hour front desk, this property also provides guests with an Beach side pool and Bar. The location, the staff, the pool, the villa. Cannot recommend a stay at this property more, I wish we had stayed longer.

It offers free WiFi and private parking are accessible on site.All View Guest house is just a 5-minute walk from the beachfront and is a 8 minute drive from... The lady running the place is very kind. Perfect location to acces the amazing Tangalle beach, just less than 15 minutes walking, and direct access to Rekawa beach to see the turtles at night. The lady even gave us a torch for the night walk. Room has all you need, hot water, AC and comfortable beds. The provide good food at reasonable price. They were also very nice allowing for late check out. Overall perfect value for money.

The location is amazing, and the staff anticipate your every need. We were traveling with a toddler which is quite difficult, but the staff was on top of everything making sure there was a baby cot, car seat in transportation, extra smoothie for the baby in the morning, float ies for him in the pool, the list can go ok indefinitely.

Very quiet. 2- The food is really good and not too expensive. 3- The rooms are like a dream come true. 4- The swimming pool is big and you can easily go to the beach. 5- The best was the staff, from the recepcionist (who was really interested in learning some Spanish and always available for us) to the waitresses. Set 9 km from Tangalle Lagoon in Tangalle, Green Parrot Hotel features and free WiFi throughout the property. It features an outdoor swimming pool, restaurant, free Wi-Fi and free parking. Large rooms with plenty of space, beautiful vaulted ceilings on the second floor. The outside patios face the pool/beach or lagoon, and are furnished with comfy round chairs or small dining tables and a peaceful ambiance of distant crashing waves or bird song. It's a small hotel so it almost feels like you have the place to yourself. As a woman traveling alone I felt perfectly safe. The beach is pristine and normally completely to yourself. Desk staff are incredibly helpful at answering questions, giving recommendations, and calling tuk tuks. There's no food on site, but it's the perfect excuse to get out an explore locally, with several restaurants in walking distance. If you're stuck working on vacation, the wifi is strong enough for group Zoom meetings (!). This hotel is far enough away from the hubbub of Tangalla to allow for quiet relaxation, but close enough with a short Tuk Tuk ride for all the amenities you could want. Highly recommend.
