It was the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the sea breeze while sipping on refreshing drinks from the poolside bar. The food at the hotel's restaurant was exceptional. We tried a variety of dishes, each bursting with flavor and made from fresh, locally sourced ingredients. The chefs truly outdid themselves, and we looked forward to every meal. Furthermore, we found the value for money to be excellent. Considering the luxurious amenities, impeccable service, and stunning location, the price we paid felt like a steal. Overall, our experience at Lakraj Heritage Hotel was nothing short of amazing. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay in Matara.

Host/Manager was very helpful and committed to make our stay perfect as possible. Pool was good size and breakfast was amazing. Sea was suitable for swimming although it's monsoon season due to rock and reef barrier.

Even bathrooms were really great.
