The location is central and walking distance to the National museum. The rooms are tidy, beds comfortable, spacious, clean bathroom with toiletries and water pressure in the shower is great. Staff are polite and helpful especially Letitia in the reception. Cocktails are well made and breakfast buffet has variety of delicious food. The Kenyan mixed tea is just amazing and my personal favorite. Staff in bars and restaurant are also attentive and warm. The overall price we paid is all worth it. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Specially the night chef who made me dinner at 1am when I arrived late. I only stayed one night so I can only review on that experience.
