Check-in process was smooth as well. As I was checking in late, the staff kept prompting me via chat to inform me of the check-in process. The attention to detail was just superb. Furthermore, the staff were super friendly and the accommodations were clean. The provisioned breakfast was really a nice touch too. Would definitely come back again!!

Matatagpuan sa Okuhida Onsen Village kasama ng Japanese Alps, ang Hodakaso Yamano Hotel ay nagtatampok ng pitong public hot-spring bath at isang fireplace lounge. Location spectacular. Outside onsen was beautiful with a snow covered mountain view. Food excellent and service wonderful . Highly recommend the full dinner.

Offering rooms with heated tatami (woven-straw) flooring, a private hot-spring bath and a balcony with nature views, the completely non-smoking Yukimurasaki is a minute's walk from Shinhotaka... Stunning hotel in the mountains. The staff is incredibly careful to create a perfect and unique experience. Tangerine, the hotel manager, is very helpful and speaks perfect English. We had an amazing time as the tatami room and the open air baths make for a very special experience, even if we stayed only for one night.
