The quality, simplicity, service and especially the beautifully appointed room - modern Japanese design elements and the attention to detail is second to none. Great location as within walking distance to all the beautiful temples and shrines, philosopher's path etc. The guest relations personnel paid attention to every detail including helping to recommend and reserve restaurants. Ms Masumi Sakamoto and Ms Tien Nguyen were exceptional and I thank them for taking good care of me.

Very clean and quiet place,we had a big room,60 square meters ,they prepare for us another bed for our teenage daughter on the tatami floor on the other side of the apartment and she could have some privacy.

Yuki san and Tadashi san are very accommodating, and super nice. Tadashi san even went to a nearby event at the same time as us and was sweet enough to translate for us when we didn't understand directions. The facilities are very nice and very good value for money. The hosts also have very thorough and in my opinion very good advice for local hikes/attractions and restaurants! And the view of the temple from the western style room is phenomenal.

They had so many items at the counter that could be borrowed and used! the foot massager is great after a whole day of walking!!

Located in the Sakyo Ward district in Kyoto, Kyoto Sanjo Ohashi offers 3-star rooms with free WiFi. The staff here are incredible. They go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. I lost my bag on the metro and the staff here went out of their way to make sure I found it and helped me call several stations to help me find it. I am incredibly thankful for their help and very impressed by their level of customer service. The location is great and the prices were very fair, especially for the quality of the room. 10/10 would recommend this hotel and stay here again.
