The room was spacious and the bathroom was quite new. beautiful view from the balcony We got free entry tickets to Hakone Kowakien Yunessun, which was an amazing experience, but I believe we were just lucky, as there was a promotion at the time.

The waitresses were very friendly and tried hard to introduce me all their dishes and ingredients despite the language barrier. The room we booked was very clean and new. The onsen experience was also very pleasant. Overall I highly recommend this place.
