Offering a garden and garden view, Terrauzza Country House is located in Siracusa, 10 km from Tempio di Apollo and 10 km from Archaeological Park of Neapolis. The property is conveniently located 15 to 30 minutes away from all the attractions in the southeast. The villa is spacious, well-equipped for family needs, very clean villa and the beach just a 5-minute drive away, all offered at reasonable prices. The host is very kind and helpful, he shared a lot of advices about the area and we felt that he takes care of us.

Situated within the Punta Milocca district in Siracusa, Aqua Suites Doria has air conditioning, a patio, and garden views. In the words of our teenage son: “This place is so cool!” Now if a grumpy teen calls something his parents picked out “cool”, you know you struck gold, right? The villa is simply palatial, beyond perfect for a big company (we were 7 people, two families with kids), with sizable rooms, plenty of bathrooms, two kitchens (one of them outside, and with a huge barbecue grill to boot), a well equipped laundry room, all the amenities and appliances one needs (and so much more) and a very helpful and super welcoming host who catered to our every need. The pool was a great advantage, too: the kids absolutely loved it, especially when they spotted a flat screen TV on one of the patio walls and realized they could be watching the Euro 2024 final outside while at the same time luxuriating in the pool (which is exactly what we did, by the way). The only drawback of this place is that it is so comfortable you don’t ever even want to step outside and see what’s around. It took us two days to get off our chez lounges by the pool and visit Syracuse (spoiler alert: the city is impressive, but we still longed to come back to the villa as fast as we could).

Set in Siracusa, 200 metres from Spiaggia Fanusa - Sbocchi 2-3-4 and 1.5 km from Arenella Beach, Villa sul Mare offers a garden and air conditioning. Amazing location, quiet neighborhood, everything was just perfect. Highly recommend.

Featuring direct access to the sea and a small pebbly beach, Villa Amateia offers self-catering accommodation with a balcony or terrace and views of the Milocca and Milocchino islands. The view is stunning, you're right by the sea, the ocean sounds at night are marvelous. The owner very friendly. It was clean, roomy, and had everything we needed. You can park on the street. It's remote but precious.

Offering free private parking, Terrauzza Sul Mare di Renata Emmolo is located just 400 metres from the coast and its beautiful beaches. It features a large garden, and self-catering apartments. A nice and we'll furnished apartment inside a farm house. Some very eclectic features . The bedroom is just adequate and the kitchen well equipped . You can make a meal if you want. The owners are very accommodating and extremely quick to communicate. They also spoke good English which was a bonus. Renata the lady is a ceramic artist and the place is full of her work. The basin , the crockery are all her creations. Very privileged to meet her . It is so peaceful and beautiful a place and so close to the sea . A pity we were staying only one night. We booked post 7 pm but we were received well and very professionally. Highly recommended

Villetta Vivaldi offers pet-friendly accommodation in Arenella, 200 metres from the local beaches. It features a garden, complete with BBQ facilities, dining area with gazebo, and an outdoor shower. Good location around 250 m from a small beach, 10 km from Lidl and 12 km from the city center. Nice garden with outside sitting. Bicycles with child seats available upon request alas without helmets. Beach umbrella was also available.
