The hotel itself was beautiful and well-maintained. Our room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The bed was extra large and extremely cozy. There was also a coffee setup in the room, and the coffee tasted great. Breakfast was also delicious, and overall, the room facilities exceeded our expectations.

Everything was basically perfect, I loved that they have a laundry room downstairs with an iron free and ready to use. The only thing amiss was dish soap and a sponge. Very clean, modern, comfortable, and the staff at Novotel (check-in spot) were very friendly and helpful.

Really lovely place just on the edge of the old town. Perfect for a nice cozy place to stay. Very quiet and clean, also the AC was a big plus. Room was much larger than expected! The breakfast is adequate but nothing special, however there is a very nice coffee machine.

Well located. Spacious bedroom and bathroom as well as a main room. Plenty of room but it would be a bit tight of all the sofa beds where in use. The building is accessed through a small side street that has a number off shops and eateries. Plenty of bars, cafes and restos nearby, 5 mins to the cathedral and museums.
10-15 min walk to station - flat if hauling bags. Google maps sends you around the station from the car park but you should walk under it past the bus stops. Impossible take a car to the apartment - station car park is safe and reasonable cost

Location: The location of this one room apartment is fantastic. Parking can be difficult in Italian cities. Here we had a closed and monitored parking garage for 12€ a day close by (short 2 min walk). The place is close to the university and it is off the main street to the old town with plenty of little shops and cafés with that student life flair. At the same time we were very close to the old town and the owner suggested fantastic restaurants.
Apartment: The apartment is small but cozy. The only thing to be aware of is that it is in the 3rd floor without a lift and up a very narrow staircase. It is an old building and that is part of its charme. The apartment however is not at all old. It is nicely renovated and had everything we needed for our short stay. We were there in the fall but for the summer time there is A/C available. Lastly, the place was very clean and we instantly felt comfortable.
Check-in: The check-in was done over the phone and our host Vincenzo was very friendly. It was very well organized with a little check-in video that made it impossible to get confused. If we had questions we got responses within minutes. Even though we never met Vincenzo we felt well taken care of.
