Located in Cochin, Grand Hyatt Kochi Bolgatty is a waterfront resort featuring two swimming pools, a tennis court, as well as a fitness centre. We had booked for a suite with terrace and requested for an extra bed. When we arrived we were pleasently surprised to know that we had been upgraded to the next catagory suite which is double in size and boasts an unparallel view of the surroynding backwaters! And the extra bed was already placed in the room. As it was my husbands birthday, it was the perfect setup to celebrate and the wonderful staff very enthusiaticly assisted me to plan a smaill surprise for him with a complememtary cake. They hotel gives you resort like feel in the middle of the city because of the setting and the beautiful grounds. The breakfast was good but very busy. Though the hotel was almost full, but the staff went above and beyond to ensure our short stay was amazing! Thank you from Bangladesh!

We had a wonderful experience here. The staff is so genuinely kind and friendly. They helped us with everything we needed. It is in a central location next to a mall and tons of shopping places. The marina is nearby as well so you can catch a boat to Fort Kochi pretty easily. We will definitely return.

The manager was very nice and helped us beyond expectations. Due to a problem on the road we arrived in the middle of the night and he took care of water for us, in the morning for laundry and also extra time in the room to get ready for the next bus

Well set in the Ernakulam district of Cochin, Townbridge Hotels & Suites is located 11 km from Kochi Biennale, 1.5 km from Cochin Shipyard and 500 metres from Ernakulam Railway Station. I had an excellent stay @ this wonderful property which is a stone’s throw from the Ernakulum South metro station. They graciously accommodated my request for an early check-in, and my shower en-suite room was spotless and comfortable. Anjana (a receptionist @ the front desk) stood out as remarkably helpful and kind, and every other staff member was very nice and professional. Wi-Fi was very reliable and AC was great. The buffet breakfast was delicious and filling and I was patiently guided through the dishes which included some food specific to Kerala. All in all a very enjoyable stay and I would recommend for all, including Western travellers requiring a little adjustment before immersing yourself in the vibrant culture of Southern India. Especially as a Westerner, it is exceptional value for money for what is provided. Bonus note: you can pay by Mastercard if needed and for a reasonable fee, they also will allow late check-out as well!

I like all South Indian food. Very new taste for me. This is my first time in Kochi. Very safe place for solo traveller. Hotel is very nice ,safe and clean. Room is very clean and same like in pictures. Staffs are very polite and helpful.
