The hospitality and service are excellent. Stayed in beach villa, very well equipped, nice swimming pool area, direct exit to the beach. Two separate bedrooms, with a bathroom, shower and outdoor showers. The food in restaurants is very delicious. The Spa is nice and very cosy. When I needed medical help it was quick and well organized directly in the villa.

Situated in the heart of Sanur, The Grand Palace Hotel Sanur - Bali is situated 1.5 km away from Sanur Beach and 6 km from Serangan Turtle Island. I spent two nights and absolutely loved the place. It’s exactly as described and met all our expectations. It’s a wonderful 4 Star establishment. Fabulous food, great breakfast and most importantly for me, fantastic coffee. I just loved the place. A short walk to the beach and Icon shopping mall. Just great in every way. If work had allowed it, I would have extended my stay for a few more nights.

Sitting directly on the sandy shores of Sanur Beach, Prama Sanur Beach Bali boasts 2 outdoor pools, and 24-hour room service. Very comfortable beds. Breakfast buffet is delicious and always very fresh with many options. We enjoyed the children's pool for our 15 month old and the larger pool is also very clean and spacious. Apart from expected wear and tear in the room itself we couldn't fault the resort, especially for its price point. Value for money here is great. Perfect for families with younger children. Will stay again.
