The breakfast was spectacular with local and European specialities, beautiful coffee, exemplary staff, really was the highlight of our stay.

Situated between the main pedestrian street and Zagreb's old town close to Ban Jelacic Square, this hotel was refurbished in 2011. Founded in 1827, Hotel Jagerhorn is the city's oldest standing hotel.... Cute hotel in a great location. Private parking lot about 300 meters away. Windows had a nice seal and kept out the noise when closed.

Located in a quiet area in the centre of Zagreb, 300 metres from the Main Train Station, the elegant Hotel Astoria offers free private parking and free Wi-Fi. The staff were amazing, so welcoming and helpful. I had had a very long delayed journey and hadn't had any food since breakfast. Although the kitchen was just about to close, they made me probably the very best veggie burger I've ever had. Service with a smile and nothing too much. Staff in the morning were cheerful and friendly and the girl on reception was only too happy to give me some tourist tips and book a taxi for me. Although the the rooms are smaller than I am used to, the service and kindness of the staff would entice me to return for a longer stay.

Conveniently located just steps away from the Main Train Station in Zagreb, Hotel Central boasts air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi. Location is very central, price is OK, renovated, good breakfast. The hotel is in the mid range, a bit small, but absolutely good value for money.
