The gentleman at the front was lovely and friendly and quite thorough in showing us everything. The room itself was exceptional in terms of both the cleanliness and facilities available. Photos represented the rooms well. Spa was excellent!

The property is stunning and so well maintained. It’s the perfect blend of old and modern. The location is wonderful - close to everything you need and endless wandering through the beautiful streets of Rethymno. The staff were exceptional - both Katerina and Konstantinos were incredibly helpful and friendly. Both gave us so many suggestions on how to spend our time on Crete - we barely had to plan anything! Our room was always cleaned - even to the point of our dishes being cleaned and clothing folded. It was lovely to come back to these extra touches. Lastly, the breakfast was probably the best continental breakfast we’ve ever had! Fresh Cretan specialties, yogurts and eggs. Definitely a few steps up from the typical American continental breakfast of cereal and toast!

From the moment you arrive till the moment you leave you are pampered by the staff and the owner. The owner is present on premise to make sure that everything works flawlessly. The staff give great recommendation on where to go, what/where to eat, what to visit and what not to waste time on visiting. The breakfast is generous and tasty. The rooms are clean, spacious and have a cozy feeling. The beds are extremely comfortable. The location of the hotel is perfect, it's located in the center of the old city, a walking distance from all of the restaurants, bars, beach and historic sites. The staff are extremely helpful and polite, Charlotte in particular is nice, dedicated and a great conversationalist. She went out of her way to provide any sort of help and recommendations. There's a parking lot right next to the hotel so you won't have an issue parking your car. The owner Anna, is present most of the time in the hotel, she's extremely nice and helpful. I highly recommend this place, if you're staying in Rethymno, this is the place where you want to stay.

Absolut zuvorkommendes Personal. Tolles Zimmer, sehr gutes Frühstück in einem wunderschönen Innenhof. Selbst die Wäsche wurde auf Wunsch gewaschen, obwohl Wochenende war. am Ende gab es noch eine Geschenktüte.
