A lovely resort in every way! We were given a family room, which was perfect for a family of 4! It was comfortable, clean and very spacious. Staff all over the resort were warm and the facilities were lovely. There are several pools to swim in, and sunbeds were always available. Evening entertainment was wonderful for both, adults and children. There were also many sporting and fun activities throughout the day. In terms of food, the Greek restaurant was our favorite, and we could have eaten there all day, every day! The food was extremely fresh and flavorsome. We tried the Asian restaurant which was good, and the main buffet (quite busy) had several culinary themes throughout the week. The waterpark (which is awesome!) is in the hotel adjacent to Lyttos Mare, but they are both connected. There is a small yet convenient supermarket within the resort, in addition to a fun arcade room. Would highly recommend this resort!

Located in Hersonissos, 400 metres from Analipsi Beach, Aqua Blu "Adults Only" - "by Checkin" provides accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a terrace. The room and pool was super clean! The breakfast is served in the pool area. And the eggs are fresh and warm. Quiet location but you can find anything you need! So sad 😞 that we stayed just one night!

The staff were the best from arrival everyone was nice pleasant and helpful, everything was so quiet and comfortable, the good is good cocktails great and the service at the whole hotel was just super, a great pool and an amazing view made me want to live there

Anna Maria Village are situated in Anissaras, 25 km east from Heraklion, 2 km west from Hersonissos and 300 metres from the beach. The place is great, near the most beautiful beaches in the area. I am very glad I chose this place rather than a room in the nearby larger town, and the owners are accommodating and friendly. I spent four nights here, but I could have happily stayed longer. It's definitely worth it. Overall very pleased and if I am in the area I'd recommend it to anyone! Worth mentioning and not obvious at first glance: there is a bus stop to Chersonissos just a few metres from this place, so Anissaras is well connected to the bus lines in Eastern Crete - which I only found out when I was already there.

Lying beside Anissaras Beach, just 2 km from Hersonissos, this village-style resort provides plenty of fun and games for the family, along with a water sports centre and private beach. I would strongly recommend this place! The property and the rooms were clean and well organized. My favorite part of the holidays was actually the staff, they were amazing, super accommodating, friendly and very helpful. A lot of them were multi-lingual so that was very impressive. I have to say that the main restaurant staff were the highlight of the whole place. The food was diverse and well made! I only wish there were more Greek food but it was good regardless especially the breakfast! I enjoyed my time at the resort and am super excited to return.

The Eleonora Anissaras was great! The family running it are all very welcoming and helpful. Special thanks to Eleonora, who was absolutely brilliant. Hotel is lovely and clean. Breakfasts are delicious and variable, everyday something new so you won't get bored. Very glad for having stayed here.

Within 250 metres from Anissaras Beach in Chersonissos, Oasis Beach Hotel - Adults Only features a pool, a sun terrace with sun loungers and a poolside snack bar with billiards. Perfect location, super nice and helpful staff, decent prices with good services. Clean rooms, nice food, nice drinks. Totally recommended.

Boasting a beachfront location in Anissaras, the 5-star Paralos Kosta Alímia features 2 fresh-water pools. Guests have a choice of garden-view or sea-view rooms. I like the facilities, food and especially friendliness of the staff. Would like to mention specifically the host of the main restaurant Anna and her colleague host, Nektaria in the restaurant, Giorgos in the bar and Katerina life guard.
