The location (1.2 km away from the old town), the size of the room (we got a family one with an amazing view), the minibar in the room for free, the free of charge, spacious parking and the politeness from the staff, especially at the reception and at the breakfast.

Walking distance from Shops attractions and bus routes. Apartment has everthing you need for a home stay...andxvery well decorated. Booking in and out went smoothly and the host explain everything very well.

Christophe and Benoit were fantastic hosts, making us feel very welcome, and inviting us to share a pleasant drink with them after we enjoyed a long day out sightseeing in Nantes. They have a stylish 4th floor duplex apartment, with outside terrace/balcony at 2 levels enjoying river and city views. Our room was very comfortable with our private bathroom along a short corridor. The area is safe and quiet at night. We stayed for 3 nights, enough to see most that Nantes could offer and also time for a train trip to explore Angers.

The apartment was very clean, well equipped and comfortable. Located very close to a bus stop with a good frequent service but still easy to walk to the centre. Communication during and after booking was excellent as was the arrangement for entry (we were met and shown round).
