The owners were brilliant! Very helpful. Fantastic location in Caen city centre. 3 min walk from public parking. Rooms were very clean and comfortable.

Situated in Caen’s city centre, the Best Western Plus Le Moderne is a non-smoking hotel and is just 1.5 km from the train station and 6 km from Carpiquet Airport. Caen is a delightful city. The hotel is right at the center, with commerce, shopping and eateries at walking distance. Good, safe parking around the corner. We made driving trips to Omaha Beach and Bayeux and they were very closeby. Varied cuisine around the area. We must comment on the staff: simply exceptional. One staff member made suggestions for stops on the rest of our trip, and they were right on! We were on our way to Mont Dt Michel and she suggested stops on the coast along the way. They were truly memorable!

Logis Hôtel Du Château is located in the heart of Caen, 200 meters from the castle and 3 km from the Caen Memorial Museum. Great location, hotel was good value, and staff was excellent, Cassandra was lovely and very helpful.
