Located in the heart of Argelès and 50 meters away from the beach, the Centre Plage Hotel boasts guestrooms with all the facilities needed for the stay. First off, the young man who greeted us at the reception was simply amazing: the way he explained everything, clearly enunciating every word, standing up to show directions and explain what floor to go to etc -- it blew our minds: we thought we were in the midst of a theatrical performance. And he did it this way with every new guest arriving at the counter! He alone deserves a world of praise. Made our stay unforgettable right off :-) The hotel is very small, but also very neat and clean. Even though the first 5 steps in the reception are a bit of a challenge with a stroller, there is an elevator right after, so getting stuff into the room wasn't a problem. There is a little common room full of toys (our daughter loved them), and a cozy little dining room. The room itself was bright and cozy, with a comfortable bed and enough space for luggage. We also had a small balcony. The location is unbeatable: right next to the beach and tons of little cafes and shops.
