The housekeeping staff thoroughly cleaned the room every day, replenished toiletries as well as the complimentary coffee sachets and bottled water supplies, replaced towels and bathrobes, etc. The breakfast was great, especially the aubergine and the fūl. There isn't a lot of variety from day to day, but you can always find something to satisfy your palate. The restaurant is highly recommended, their okra and vegetable with meat tagine is absolutely fantastic, not to mention unbeatable value for money. The hotel has no sandy beach, but you can just go to the beach next to the hotel if that's your thing, either for free or for some nominal entrance fee. Better yet, take a taxi and go to one of the popular public beaches (El Fanar Beach was our favorite, taxi from the pedestrian road sets you back $4-5, entry costs another $5). We really enjoyed the sun deck, you can actually see a good few dozen different kinds of colorful fish just snorkeling around in the shallow. On our very last day, I went for a last swim/snorkeling in the morning and saw an enormous giant barracuda, at least 1.5m long. Also, top notch drinks and hookah/shisha on the sun deck, perfect accompaniments for watching the sunset (pro tip: try the karkade, made of freshly picked hibiscus). The location is great, the hotel is the southernmost one in Na'ama Bay, so there's no through traffic, it's as quiet as it gets. There's a police plus a marine police station next to the hotel, so also super safe. Also, the largest and best grocery (and everything else) store we've seen (Fix Price) is about 4 minutes on foot.
