Besides the very central location, the real highlight of the stay was the staff, in particular at the reception. So knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. The room was great and spacious, the bed was very comfortable. Good choice for breakfast and lovely breakfast room decorated for Christmas. Tea facilities in the room. Recently renovated bathroom. Parking. Good strong hairdryer.

This 4-star superior hotel is directly between Europaplatz and Karlsruhe Main Station, a 6-minute walk from Karlsruhe’s congress centre. I stayed one night as I was cycling the Rhine. I would have been very happy to stay longer. Wonderful room, exquisite cocktail bar and fantastic breakfast. Staff were just great, couldn’t have asked for a nicer hotel.

Although it is somewhat old fashioned, this hotel has everything you needı>. The rooms are neat and very clean, and the location is perfect. I wanted a quiet room and I got a great room where I had a nice rest and sleep. The ladies at the reception are extremely kind and helpful and everything can be arranged. The pictures of the hotel correspond to the actual condition, and you will get the room you booked and see on booking. I'm going to book the same hotel next time, visiting Karlsruhe.
