This family-run hotel features an attractive and traditional façade, decorated with flowers and plants. Lovely little hotel right in the heart of historic Baden Baden. Staff went out of their way to help us with their parking setup, mailing a package, and managing our luggage during the day after we checked out. Food was top notch; among the best breakfasts we had on our three-week trip. Room was quiet and comfortable. Location really can't be beat, as it's steps away from shopping, dining, and historic buildings.

The hotel offers the wrist bands at the front desk which allows you to bypass the entrance line. There were probably 50 people in line and we bypassed them all. The room was super comfortable, clean, great views, the bed was perfect. The staff was awesome, super helpful, you can tell they have pride in their work and represent the hotel with the utmost professionalism. If you stay in Baden-Baden, this is the hotel, it’s the only place I’ll ever stay because it offers so much.

This historic hotel in Baden-Baden's old town is just 50 metres from the famous thermal baths. It offers free Wi-Fi, a daily breakfast and an international library. The breakfast was outstanding, as were the staff. Jasmine was exceedingly kind, her English very very good. The rooms were spacious, very clean, very comfortable and quiet. We went to the Terrace after breakfast to hear the church bells at St Peter’s church. We were very happy to be back in Baden Baden!

The Staff was super helpful and informative during the check in. They went out of their way to make sure we could arrive and have access to our room even after working hours.

Occupying a listed building from the 19th century, this hotel offers quiet and spacious accommodation in the heart of Baden-Baden. All of the major attractions can be reached on foot from here. The room was very nice and very large. Bathroom size was decent. They had privacy screens for shutters that allowed fresh air in but still allowed privacy. The parking option was very nice too.
