People were all kind and friendly, room was very new and clean, breakfast was great, location can't be better... we just want to come back!! (and the water pressure of the shower was the best I've experienced in Europe. Lol... if there is anyone who cares about it!)

Occupying an attractive, historic building and boasting elegant rooms, this 3-star hotel is located in the centre of Baden-Baden, within a few minutes’ walk of the town’s major attractions. The hotel is well located closely to the two main Spas and also museums and casino. All within walking distance. We came for our wedding anniversary and to enjoy the bathspas. We were not disappointed. Highly recommended is also the Lowenbrau Restaurant less than 5 minutes walk from the Hotel. Not to go there would be a great miss.

Big room with the park view, excellent breakfast - ask for the omelet, it is fantastic. Walking distance to Caracala spa, unlimited mineral water at the reception, cookies, Nespresso coffe and tea. Staff is very friendly. They provided us with wellness towels and bath robes.

Location was great, breakfast was included and very good, buffet style with eggs, sausage, cheeses and breads. staff were friendly and helpful.Location is a short walk to many attractions and shops. The room was a good size, the bath room was larger than most hotels.
