People were all kind and friendly, room was very new and clean, breakfast was great, location can't be better... we just want to come back!! (and the water pressure of the shower was the best I've experienced in Europe. Lol... if there is anyone who cares about it!)

This hotel in Baden-Baden lies just a few steps from the famous Caracalla Thermal Baths. It features free Wi-Fi in all areas and a traditional café and patisserie. The room was amazing, bed and pillows were extra comfortable. Our bathroom had a huge bathtub and separate shower, which was great! Located in the center, a block away from the famous Friedrich thermal-baths. Breakfast was also superb, every morning the bread was fresh out of the bakery next door. Highly recommended!!

Occupying an attractive, historic building and boasting elegant rooms, this 3-star hotel is located in the centre of Baden-Baden, within a few minutes’ walk of the town’s major attractions. Everything was great. We received the best room in the hotel - upper floor, big room with good heating, fridge and kettle. And it was exactly what we needed. We ordered one night, the second night was out of Baden Baden and the third night here again. So, the hotel offered us to leave our luggage in the room. Free of charge. We left our belongings and came back to the same room after the event in Basel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is delicious in the nice atmosphere. Always natural roses on the tables. Rain umbrellas for guests use. Extra towels were provided for Caracalla visit. Bathrobes are available for rent. The best location in Baden Baden.
