The apartment is very well located, walking distance from every thing. It is super well equipped and clean, to be honest it is better in reality than in the photos. We stayed only two nights, but it will be perfect for one week stay or more. There is a nice balcony over Ledra st, and the neighborhood is very alive, perfect to go for a drink or food. I would definitely come back

Situated just in the centre, in a perfect position in a lateral view of ledra street and 3 minutes from pedestrian crossing point. Underground private parking available 3 minutes away, at phaneromeni church, cost of 6€ per day. The bed is comfortable, tv with foreign channels etc, kitchen, fridge, good windows, aircon heater, bath with good hairdryer, a lot of plugs around, toilet paper and shampoos, washing machines in the basement available. The owner is very kind and available for everything needed, the last day also was accorded a later check out since the flat wasn't to be occupied soon. All the details of working of the house are clearly written in the instructions paper hanged in the entrance door.

Cozy Flat City Center is set in the Ledras Street district of Nicosia, less than 1 km from Cyprus Museum, a 13-minute walk from Ministry of Finance - Nicosia and 1 km from House of Representatives -... The apartment was very clean and the location exactly in the center of the city but also quite quiet. We had everything we needed.
